By accessing or using PartnerPro, TC Desk, or other Automate Your Real Estate services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Communications Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
PartnerPro enables agents to manage buyer clients, branded property search, showing requests, and offer submissions. TC Desk enables transaction coordinators to manage transactions, tasks, documents, and client communication from accepted offer through closing. Both platforms may use AI-assisted features (our “Sage” assistant) to help draft responses and summarize transaction information; AI-generated content should be reviewed before being relied upon.
Certain features require a paid subscription billed through Stripe, in advance, on a monthly or annual basis. Showing dispatch and offer-writing fees may be billed per use. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, upload harmful or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Services, use automated scraping, or send unsolicited communications through the platform.
The Services integrate with third-party providers — DocuSign, Stripe, MLS data providers, Telnyx, SendGrid, Showami, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.
You retain ownership of the content and documents you upload, and grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the Services. “PartnerPro,” “TC Desk,” “Sage,” and “AYRE” are trademarks of Automate Your Real Estate LLC.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from real estate transactions facilitated through the Services, including missed deadlines or failed closings. Our total liability will not exceed amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas; you waive the right to participate in class actions.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
