Automate Your Real Estate (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or use PartnerPro and TC Desk (the “Services”).
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, mailing address, and transaction details — along with usage data such as device and browser information, and your mobile number if you opt in to SMS.
Within a transaction, PartnerPro and TC Desk may also process financial figures you choose to share for planning purposes, such as income, debts, and down payment amounts used by our affordability tool, and transaction documents you or your transaction coordinator upload for coordination and e-signature. We do not collect bank account credentials or process loan applications ourselves.
We use your information to operate and improve the Services: scheduling showings, submitting and tracking offers, coordinating transaction tasks and documents, processing payments, and sending the communications described in our Communications Consent.
To power certain features, we share limited data with service providers acting on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Telnyx (SMS delivery), DocuSign (e-signature), Showami (showing dispatch), MLS listing data providers, and Anthropic and OpenAI (to power the Sage AI assistant and voice-to-text features — relevant transaction and conversation context may be sent to these providers to generate responses). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services to us.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers under confidentiality obligations, or with law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, opt out of marketing communications, or request data portability by contacting us at admin@automateyourrealestate.com.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
